Model S:  Semi Automatic

Machine suitable to divide and round dough for bakeries, pastry workshop and pizzerias.
Steel stove painted structure, stainless steel AISI304 knives.
Dividing disc in processed food aluminum casting.
The rounding motor starts just when the cut is made (lever down) by means of a safety micro switch.
Equipped with three PETG food material plates.
On castors, with stopping feet and key for their adjustment.

Working cycle: manual pressing, cutting and rounding by means of levers.


Model SP:  3/4 Automatic

PRESSING BY MEANS OF TWO CYLINDERS, CUTTING UNDER PRESSURE WITH INDEPENDENT CYLINDER.

Machine suitable to divide and round dough for bakeries, pastry workshop and pizzerias.
Steel stove painted structure, stainless steel AISI304 knives.
Dividing disc in processed food aluminum casting.
Safety guard placed in the plate insertion area.
Knives cleaning push-button.
Equipped with three PETG food material plates.
The color touch screen gives the possibility to store 100 different programs and for each program it allows to adjust the pressing time and the height of the rounding chamber on the base of type and quantity of dough to work.
