The semiautomatic bread slicer of our Blade line made to satisfy the different need of the market.
Solid and ergonomic design, it’s suitable for cutting any bread type, even that at high rye contents (with oiling and teflon blades option). Great reliability, cutting precision and long lasting in time thanks to the bearings mounted on the oscillatory movement of the knives that avoid noise, wear and, most of all, frequent maintenances. The side handle is designed and positioned at a right height to warrant an easy handgrip and to prevent the strain of the operator.

Ram automatic bread slicers
Our automatic bread slicer it’s suitable for an artisanal use in small laboratories thanks to its reduced dimensions and for an intense use for large productions. Great reliability machine, without maintenance need thanks to the bearings mounted on the oscillatory movement of the knives that avoid wear and noise. The controls placed head-on allow to adjust the force and the cutting speed adapting to any type of product. The security cover, included on all models, enables to start the cutting phase in total safety and is opened automatically at the end of the cycle. An innovative system allows to control the thrust of bread towards the blades, avoiding crushing or damaging during the cutting phase. Disposal in two sizes : 440 or 520mm useful cutting width.

Our semi-industrial bread slicer, combines a sharp and stately design to the clean and graceful lines. It’s easy and safe to use to fit with the exigencies of a market always in evolution.
Made to satisfy the request of a big productivity, it offers the possibility of the continuous load. High performances machine, it’s provided with two motorized carpets feed: the lower one is fixed, the upper one is electrically adjustable on the basis of the bread’s height by selector. Possibility to change the cutting speed through inverter to fit the different types of bread.
Containment rail adjustable by lever for a quick and exact alignment of the product.
The oscillatory movement of the knives it’s guarantee of great reliability and long lasting in time, thank to the bearings that avoid constant maintenances.
Complete the standard equipment the frontal breadcrumbs tray, the manual mechanism for the last cut evacuation and a double emergency stop button for added security.
